1.My Discount code is not working. 

Discount codes can be entered when visiting your shopping cart.If the code doesn't work here then please reach out to us.

2.Do you use recycled or environmentally friendly packaging material?

Yes! We go for 100% environmentally friendly packaging material. Our boxes are recycled cardboard (FSC approved). We use water-based ink and furthermore our Air Cushions and foam chips are biodegradable!

 3.Do I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes! We send out an email. If you did not receive an email please check the following:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. Send us an email.

6.Can I come to pick up my order?

We are working on it, soon you will be able to pick up your orders as well.

7. Can I change my order ?

Please email us as soon as possible, so we can see what we can do. Stating your order number and indicating what needs to be changed.

9.When will my product be back in stock?

You can always email us so we can check when a product will be available again.

10.Do you also have a physical store?

Sadly enough, no.

11.My order has not yet arrived, what should I do?

It is rare for an order not to be delivered. In some cases, this may unfortunately still be the case. If there are problems (and you have received a track & trace code), you can contact PostNL via this page . If you have not received your order after a week, you can contact us by email and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
